The Free HOMECHEK™ Termite Protection Warranty!
For every home that we inspect for termites and provide a clean bill of health, HOMECHEK™ will issue a free one year termite protection warranty. What constitutes a clean bill of health? First, the home must not have an active termite problem at the time of inspection. Secondly, if there is an old inactive termite problem the home must have evidence of prior termite treatment. Finally, the home must be accessible for inspection and not have a private well within the home structure. Please refer to your termite warranty for specific coverage details.
