For every home that we inspect for termites and provide a clean bill of health, HOMECHEK™ will issue a free one year termite protection guarantee. What constitutes a clean bill of health? First, the home must not have an active termite problem at the time of inspection. Secondly, if there is an old inactive termite problem the home must have evidence of prior termite treatment.
