Radon Testing: HOMECHEK™ utilizes an electronic Radon Monitor to test structures for radon gas. Our Radon Monitor measures radon gas by the hour and gives our technicians onsite results once the test is completed.
Water Analysis: HOMECHEK™ provides water analysis for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
Septic Inspections: There are a variety of septic systems installed in our region. HOMECHEK™ requires that all septic tanks be pumped out so that we can visually inspect the tank(s) for any defects.
Appliance RecallChek: HOMECHEK™ provides an Appliance RecallChek with every Home Inspection to make sure that your new home is as safe as possible.
